How To Cancel, Edit, or Change a SubscriptionUpdated 5 months ago
Need help managing your subscription? First, you'll want to click here to log into your account.
Once you're logged into your account, you should see "Subscriptions" on the left. Once you're in the subscriptions portal, you can see any active and inactive product subscriptions.
Click Manage Subscription if you’d like to edit the product, quantity, or ship date.
Swapping a Product
To swap a product in your subscription, click on the subscription you would like to edit and then click "Swap Product" button at the bottom of the page.
If you’d like to change the scents in a subscription bundle, we’d be happy to help! Send us a message and be sure to include which products, scents, quantity, and the ship date you'd like to update and we’ll make that change for you.
Canceling a Subscription or Skipping a Shipment
To cancel or skip a shipment, click or tap the "Skip this order" or "Cancel Subscription" buttons at the bottom of the subscription page.
If you have multiple items on subscription and wish to cancel all of them, you'll need to cancel each item individually or send us a message and our team would be glad to help.
Updating the Shipping Address
Once you're logged into your account, you can either click "Shipping Addresses" on the top of the screen to add a new address to your account, or you can click into any subscription item and update the address for that item.
Updating Payment Information / Billing information
Once you're logged into your account, click on the "Payment Methods" tab on the right-hand side. Next, select the payment method you'd like to update and then click "Edit" and follow the steps on the screen.
*Changes made to a subscription after it has processed will not be effective until the following renewal period.
Any current subscription must be canceled within one (1) business day prior to the upcoming billing date shown on the "My Account" page. Any changes that are not made at least one business day prior to the upcoming billing date will not be effective until the following billing period.
Once an order has been submitted into our system, depending on the timing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to it. Please double-check the items in your cart and verify the accuracy of your billing and shipping information before confirming your order. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.
