We recommend using sunscreen, wearing protective clothing, or limiting sun exposure while *using our Whole Body Deodorants and for a week afterward. They contain mandelic acid which is an alpha hydroxy acid and may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun. For this reason, the back of our deodorant containers has a sunburn alert. If you are using our Cream Deodorant, we'd suggest ensuring that it is fully absorbed before applying sunscreen.
